The Operational Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring workflow efficiency, and maintaining high standards of productivity and quality. This role supervises staff, coordinates resources, enforces company policies, and drives continuous improvement to support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve performance targets.
  • Monitor productivity, quality, and service levels; implement corrective actions where needed.
  • Schedule, assign, and monitor work tasks to ensure adequate staffing and timely completion.
  • Enforce company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with management and other departments to support operational goals.
  • Prepare and present operational reports, performance metrics, and progress updates.
  • Handle escalated issues, resolve conflicts, and support problem-solving on the floor.
  • Participate in training and development of new and existing employees.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Proven experience in an operational or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and relevant operational software tools.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and operational best practices.

Work Environment

Pay: $ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
