Position Overview

As the Patient Experience Ambassador, you will serve as the friendly face of our practice, engaging patients in genuine conversation, making them feel valued, and encouraging them to share their experience through online reviews.

This role is ideal for someone with a hospitality or customer service background who thrives in social, upbeat environments and enjoys connecting with others.

Pay structure includes a base hourly pay with an additional bonus based on the number of reviews collected.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly and make them feel welcome
  • Create positive interactions with patients before and after their visit
  • Encourage satisfied patients to share feedback through online reviews
  • Assist patients with leaving reviews on-site in a professional and considerate manner
  • Maintain a cheerful and professional demeanor throughout the day
  • Ensure the lobby and waiting area environment remains comfortable and positive
  • Serve as a point of contact for patient appreciation, questions, and support
  • Collaborate with the front desk team and clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient flow

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
