The Team
Join our rapidly growing AI & Analytics (AI&A) team within the Corporate Performance Improvement practice, where you'll work at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and strategic business innovation. As AI&A Technical Manager, you will combine strategic consulting with hands-on expertise to design and build advanced AI solutions. Partnering across all practice areas, you will work directly with generative and agentic AI technologies to create impactful solutions that address complex business challenges across industries.
This role offers the unique opportunity to serve as both a trusted advisor to clients and a hands-on practitioner, developing and deploying advanced AI applications. You will collaborate closely with client executives, applying your technical skills to deliver tangible results. How you will contribute:
- Lead project workstreams effectively, balancing technical and functional responsibilities
- Serve as a hands-on leader, guiding teams to achieve project objectives and deliver impactful results.
- Apply structured problem-solving frameworks and methodologies to design and execute project plans
- Build strong relationships with clients, demonstrating executive presence and professionalism
- Support business development efforts, including proposal creation and sales initiatives
- Identify client needs and opportunities for A&M, leveraging your network to maintain and grow business relationships
- Foster an inclusive and engaging team environment that values collaboration and diverse perspectives
Qualifications
:
- 8+ years of experience with Python, SQL, and AI/ML models, in analytics libraries like Pandas, NumPy, SciKit-Learn, and PyTorch
- Experience developing Generative AI Solutions, including LLM-based applications, RAG applications
- Experience implementing Agentic AI frameworks, such as CrewAI and LangChain, to build autonomous systems in production settings
- Proficiency in building APIs and backend applications with frameworks like FastAPI and Flask
- Experience deploying solutions in cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure (e.g. provisioning EC2 instances, creating Azure Bloc containers, etc.)
- Ability to translate and present complex technical concepts to C-suite and executive audiences effectively
- Previous consulting experience is preferred
- Willingness to travel as required for client engagements

Regular employees working 30 or more hours per week are also entitled to participate in Alvarez & Marsal Holdings' fringe benefits consisting of healthcare plans, flexible spending and savings accounts, life, AD&D, and disability coverages at rates determined periodically as well as a 401(k) retirement savings plan. Provided the eligibility requirements are met, employees will also receive an annual discretionary contribution to their 401(k) retirement savings plan from Alvarez & Marsal. Additionally, employees are eligible for paid time off including vacation, personal days, seventy-two (72) hours of sick time (prorated for part time employees), ten federal holidays, one floating holiday, and parental leave. The salary range is $135,000 - $190,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
