We are seeking a strategic and hands-on
AI Solutions Architect & Developer
to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions for clients across industries. This role combines deep technical expertise with business acumen to deliver innovative, scalable, and ethical AI applications that solve complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement
    end-to-end AI solutions
    , from ideation to production, tailored to client-specific business needs.
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of
    AI prototypes and accelerators
    that demonstrate practical applications of emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders—to ensure seamless integration of AI models into enterprise systems.
  • Lead client engagements, translating business requirements into technical specifications and actionable AI strategies.
  • Promote
    AI governance best practices
    , including ethical use, transparency, and risk mitigation.
  • Stay current with advancements in AI, machine learning, and generative technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal capability development through training and knowledge sharing.
  • Support business development efforts, including proposal writing, client presentations, and thought leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science
    , Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years
    of experience in AI/ML solution architecture and development, including cloud-based deployments.
  • 1+ year
    of hands-on experience with
    Generative AI
    technologies and frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Strong understanding of data engineering, model lifecycle management, and MLOps.
  • Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure AI Engineer, Solutions Architect, AI-900) are a plus.
