Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and leading a team of sales associates. This role requires a strong focus on customer service and the ability to develop effective sales strategies that align with our company's goals.

Duties

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Train and mentor new sales associates on product knowledge, customer engagement techniques, and best practices in sales.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with management to forecast sales trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor that reflects the brand's standards.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of leading a team effectively.
  • Experience in retail or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
