Job Summary
Directs sales organization operations and develops tactics, operational plans, and processes to implement the organizational sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and accomplish financial objectives. Establishes and implements processes, tools, and structures to support the sales organization's operations. Oversees goal setting for departmental and group levels of the sales organization and uses data and technology to measure and monitor sales processes, identify issues, and enhance performance. Implements methods and systems to effectively analyze and monitor the industry, business environment, and competitors and expand the customer base. Uses market and customer insights to collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and suggest new products. Builds effective sales and support teams with recruiting, mentoring, and development programs. May personally participate in or negotiate strategic or high-value sales.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall increase of revenues of existing key customer accounts by maintaining close relationships and communication to understand their needs - both technical and commercial.
- Lead sales team to manage accounts, create new leads, cross sell and increase overall sales and gross profit.
- Identify and develop new customer accounts through networking and direct contacts.
- Coordinate with company sales support to ensure availability and timely delivery of technical support services as well as product training.
- Manage the entire selling process – regular customer visits, sharing product information, quotations, order processing, post-delivery follow up.
- Stay up to date with the bakery market in the territory, including competitor activities, new market trends, new products, ingredients etc. and regularly report such market activities in the company
- Calculate margins, negotiate terms, prepare estimates and bids to meet specific customer needs
- Prepare annual budget based on customer sales forecasts
- Represent the company in the local exhibitions, conferences, and seminars.
- Host all sales meeting
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
- Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts

Requirements
- Experience in product recall
- Familarity with food/bakery ingredient industry
- Excellent management, analytical and organizational skills.
- Familarity with consumer good industry.
- Reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with (windows), Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook
- Willingness to learn the technical aspect of the products
- Highly organized, self-starter able to set and follow priorities and manage multiple projects.
- Ability and desire to act both hands on over with small or non-matured environments if needed and with a more strategic way when possible.
- Exceptional executive presence, business acumen and presentation skills.
- Budgeting and/or financial focused mindset.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Proficient in database and accounting computer application systems.
- Thorough understanding of practices, theories, and policies involved in business and finance.
- Superior managerial and diplomacy skills.

Working Conditions
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
- Warehouse production environment
- Travel-More than 50% of the time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $165, $175,000.00 per year
