We are seeking an experienced
CIPP Installation Construction Superintendent
to oversee field operations and lead a crew of 5-6 employees within an assigned territory.

This role is responsible for supervising daily construction activities, ensuring equipment readiness, enforcing safety and quality standards, and driving productivity and profitability across projects. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, hands-on CIPP experience, and the ability to manage crews in a fast-paced, travel-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate production schedules with the General Superintendent or Operations Manager
  • Estimate labor hours required for job completion
  • Coordinate delivery of tools and materials to align with work schedules
  • Work with the Equipment Manager to ensure equipment readiness and timely repairs
  • Lead internal project meetings with Superintendents, Field Engineers, and subcontractors
  • Enforce company policies, safety regulations, SOPs, and quality standards
  • Conduct weekly safety and toolbox meetings
  • Interpret job orders and direct Foremen on execution
  • Resolve customer complaints and job-site issues promptly
  • Analyze and resolve crew-related work challenges
  • Hold crew accountable for attendance, paperwork, and professionalism
  • Plan staffing and work schedules at least two weeks in advance, including travel coordination
  • Manage crew performance and implement disciplinary actions when necessary
  • Meet or exceed as-bid gross margin targets
  • Cross-train crew members to build bench strength and support succession planning

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in the CIPP industry is required
  • Experience operating heavy equipment around utilities is highly preferred
  • Minimum of three years of related industry experience and/or training
  • Previous experience as a Foreman preferred
  • Working knowledge of computer and web-based programs
  • Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record
  • Class A or B CDL required (Hazmat endorsement preferred but not required)
  • Ability to wear a respirator and body harness in confined spaces
  • Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds
  • Proficiency with pneumatic, battery-powered, and electric tools
  • Comfortable working outdoors in active construction environments
  • Ability to travel weekly, including potential out-of-state assignments
