Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and enthusiastic individual to join our Accounting Team. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a key role in supporting our Sales Department by performing various accounting tasks. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative setting and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vehicle Stock-Ins: Assist with the entry and tracking of vehicle stock-ins, ensuring accurate documentation and proper organization of vehicle inventory.
  • Document Scanning & Indexing: Scan, index, and organize important financial and sales-related documents, ensuring all records are up to date and easily accessible.
  • Bank Deposits: Prepare and process daily bank deposits, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions.
  • General Accounting Assistance: Provide support with various accounting tasks as needed, including data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure smooth coordination between the departments, ensuring all accounting activities align with the company's objectives.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an accounting or administrative role is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

  • Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with accounting software is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
