We are a fast-paced new home builder seeking a motivated Site Laborer to join our team. While this is an entry-level position with on-the-job training provided, we are looking for individuals who take initiative and pride in their work. This is a hands-on role with potential for career growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain safety and cleanliness of construction sites (debris removal, sweeping streets, site cleanup).
  • Assist with "punch out" lists.
  • Support various trade teams with general labor tasks.
  • Travel between multiple subdivisions within the Bend area as needed.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical labor.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
  • Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle to travel to multiple local job sites.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and a natural ability to problem-solve on the fly are required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in framing or rough carpentry is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience in residential construction is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts
  • Weekend availability required
