We are seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Leader / Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead a team of employees to ensure efficient workflow and outstanding service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a dedication to achieving operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of team members during shifts to ensure efficient operations.
