Katie's Way is seeking a Regional Director of Practice Liaisons to provide coaching, guidance, mentoring, and direction to our regional practice liaison team located in Colorado, Kansas, and Texas with the team objective to grow outreach within the civilian and military populations, drive referrals, patient volumes and fulfill our mission of saving lives.

In this role, you'll be responsible for these essential functions:

  • Be a team player. Be positive. Be ready to make an impact.
  • Provide direction, collaboration, guidance, coaching, mentoring to the regional Practice Liaison team
  • Collaborate with executive leadership team and facility directors to jointly manage the efforts of the PL team
  • Ensure appropriate tracking of time/time off in collaboration with Facility Director
  • Set the tone for the team. Inspire, motivate, listen, and understand. Build a positive, collaborative culture within the team
  • Provide regular communication, consultation, and feedback to Practice Liaison team members, documenting discussions and expectations
  • Collaborates with TVH Academy and HR Director to ensure ongoing and consistent practice liaison training and development efforts.
  • Collaborate on design and implement position-specific training programs.
  • Identify skill gaps and create development plans in collaboration with HR
  • Collaborate with clinic leaders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices for clinic performance optimization.
  • Ensures Strategic Leadership and Collaboration
  • Act as a strategic partner to the executive team.
  • Promote a positive organizational culture and support DEI initiatives.
  • Documents concisely, precisely, and accurately on all records or documents as indicated by policy.
  • Maintains confidentiality of all employees, patients, clients, and company information
  • Participates in department and company meetings and professional development activities.
  • Understands HIPAA regulations and maintains confidentiality of all employees, company, patient, and/or vendor information.
  • Has read and understands the company's HIPAA Privacy Policy and complies with all regulatory requirements including HIPAA, OSHAA, Employee Handbook, and all other company policies and procedures.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or another related field OR a minimum of four years substantially similar work experience AND a minimum of 5 years' work experience performing substantially similar essential outreach, liaison, and/or business development functions. Other key qualifications include:

  • Previous supervisory experience with the proven ability to motivate, engage, and inspire
  • Demonstrates a proven record in setting and meeting company and HR objectives.
  • Demonstrates proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Possesses experience in and advanced proficiency in research and analytical skills.
  • Previous experience and a proven record in successful negotiations
  • Demonstrates effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrates proficient organizational, time management and follow-up skills.
  • Must be team oriented and possess a positive attitude with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with others to achieve departmental and company objectives.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Demonstrates a desire and commitment to promote and share Katie's Way mission, vision, values, and culture.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

If you're a veteran, or you've got a proven history in developing relationships with the military and/or civilian groups, or performing a similar function in the mental health arena, that's a plus
