Our Hospital is seeking a capable Client Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working directly with patients and clients in a fast-pace setting and interacting with the management staff to develop new protocols and help improve work flow. A successful candidate will need to be passionate about helping patients and their people, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

To Be Considered:

  • Previous veterinary receptionist experience preferred but not required.
  • Be organized and on time.
  • Always be driven to improve.
  • Communicate and collaborate in a cohesive team environment.
  • Able to function within a busy, stressful work environment in a mature, professional manner.
  • Love people as much as animals.

Responsibilities:

  • Prompt and friendly greeting of clients
  • Answering phones, taking messages, and completing all follow-up calls.
  • Taking pharmacy requests and filling certain medications.
  • Check patients in and processing payments.
  • Full working knowledge of ezyVet.
  • Scheduling appointments.
  • Entering new client/patient information into ezyVet.
  • Maintain excellent time management skills.
  • Provide timely client communication and education regarding various pet services.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $26.00 per hour
