Job Summary

Lead and scale Bryan Health's enterprise Data & AI Governance program. Own the strategy, policies, and execution that ensure trusted, secure, and compliant data powering analytics and AI. Act as the governance champion, partnering with executives, IT, data stewards, and AI teams to deliver reliable, high-quality data across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and operationalize enterprise-wide Data & AI Governance strategy, framework, and roadmap
  • Define and enforce data standards, classification, protection, and quality controls
  • Govern data used in AI/ML across training, validation, and deployment (quality, privacy, compliance)
  • Partner with business leaders, IT, and data science teams to improve data integrity and reliability
  • Identify and mitigate AI data risks (bias, fairness, privacy)
  • Implement governance tools for data quality, cataloging, and lineage
  • Train and advise data owners and stewards; support Data Council governance and prioritization
  • Stay ahead of regulatory, ethical, and industry trends in data and AI governance

Required Skills & Experience

  • Expert in data governance program design and execution
  • Strong knowledge of AI and AI governance principles
  • Experience in healthcare data environments preferred
  • Proven program/project management and stakeholder leadership
  • Excellent communication—able to translate complex topics for non-technical audiences
  • Strong problem-solving, process improvement, and risk management skills
