**Location: Onsite Green Bay, WI

Carex is partnering with a food manufacturing partner**
to find an IT Plant Service Contractor (ITPS-Contractor) who will provide hands-on IT support across local and remote office and manufacturing environments. This role plays a critical part in maintaining IT systems, ensuring reliable infrastructure for business operations, and supporting Global IT initiatives. The ITPS-Contractor will work closely with diverse Global IT teams and business units to deliver secure, high-performing, and highly available technology systems essential to plant operations.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver tactical support for a variety of IT systems including end-user devices, servers, networking equipment, printers, and plant-connected lab technologies.
  • Provide diagnostics, repair, and installation of IT hardware and software following defined standard operating procedures.
  • Respond to and resolve end-user support requests, maintaining clear communication throughout the resolution process.
  • Track all support activities in the Service Management tool and ensure timely updates and issue resolution aligned with established SLAs.
  • Support the deployment of hardware, software, and IT processes as part of broader Global IT projects.
  • Perform lifecycle replacements and ensure documentation of all troubleshooting and support procedures.
  • Provide on-call 24x7 support coverage for assigned plant or regional operations as needed.
  • Participate actively in team and cross-functional meetings to align with IT strategies and goals.

What You'll Bring

  • A minimum of three years' experience in an IT support role within a manufacturing or mixed-use technical environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to support a wide range of hardware, software, and networked systems in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency with incident tracking tools and a strong commitment to meeting service-level expectations.
  • Experience coordinating with multiple IT and business teams across global locations.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage shifting priorities, and maintain high availability as needed.
