We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding veterinary care and exceptional client service in a welcoming, stress-free setting. As passionate advocates for rescue animals, we proudly house a cat adoption facility and partner with incredible organizations like Lucky 7 Dog Rescue, Misfit Mutts Rescue, Cats Anonymous, and Green Bay Animal Rescue (located right inside our clinic). Every Monday, we dedicate time to spay/neuter days with local rescues, in addition to client surgeries—making a true difference in our community.

  • Outstanding Support Staff – With 6 CVTs and a strong team of veterinary assistants, you'll always have help. We maintain a tech-to-DVM ratio of 1 tech per exam room plus floating techs, and during surgery, you'll have 3 techs assisting so you can focus on medicine.
  • Work-Life Balance – Enjoy a 4-day work week with no weekends or on-call. Appointments are scheduled for 30–60 minutes, depending on your preference and experience, and you'll have admin time built in at the end of the day, plus a full lunch break.
