About Us

A-Turner Moving & Storage, an interstate agent for northAmerican Van Lines is seeking a part-time Sales & Marketing Assistant to support outreach and brand visibility.

Position Overview

The Part-Time Sales & Marketing Assistant will be responsible for outbound outreach to realtors, designers, builders, and potential customers using the MoovSoon platform. This role supports the sales team by generating leads, coordinating light marketing efforts, and maintaining consistent follow-up. It's a high-impact role ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and comfortable with structured outreach.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Sales & Lead Generation

  • Conduct daily outreach through the MoovSoon platform to realtors, prospective moving customers, and referral partners.
  • Follow up and nurture leads to create opportunities for upcoming residential and commercial moves.
  • Assist with qualifying inbound leads and scheduling estimates or sales appointments.
  • Update and maintain MoveScout records to ensure accurate tracking of communication and lead status.

Marketing Support (Part-Time Scope)

  • Assist with basic marketing tasks such as distributing email campaigns, social media posting, or updating realtor/builder lists.
  • Help coordinate small-scale realtor engagement efforts (e.g., networking drops, event reminders, introductions).
  • Support the creation or distribution of marketing materials when needed.

Sales Operations Support

  • Prepare simple follow-up materials, quotes, or info packets upon request.
  • Log outreach activity and generate brief weekly status reports.
  • Provide administrative support for sales tasks tied to the Sarasota expansion.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills with a professional, friendly customer-facing demeanor.
  • Highly organized with reliable follow-up habits.
  • Comfortable making outbound contact and using CRM or marketing platforms.
  • Prior experience in sales support, customer service, real estate, or marketing is helpful but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time well within a part-time schedule.

Schedule

  • Approximately 15–25 hours per week
  • Flexible scheduling available (weekday hours preferred)
