Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a passion for driving sales performance. As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing sales teams, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your role will be pivotal in achieving sales targets and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals and enhance performance.
  • Implement effective sales strategies and monitor their execution.
  • Conduct employee orientation, training, and development programs to build a skilled workforce.
  • Manage inventory control, including purchasing, stocking, and merchandising.
  • Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate bookkeeping practices.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Supervise daily operations, including shift management and retail math calculations.
  • Collaborate with management on budgeting and financial planning.
  • Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members to strengthen the sales force.
  • Utilize POS systems for transactions and inventory management.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
  • Proficient in employee orientation, training & development, and recruiting processes.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
  • Experience in payroll management, bookkeeping, and cash handling procedures.
  • Proven track record in retail management with an emphasis on sales management.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective team leadership and customer engagement.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with inventory management techniques and retail math principles.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating independent decision-making capabilities.
