Job Summary

We're seeking customer-focused, self-motivated individuals to join our expanding remote team. In this role, you'll meet virtually with teachers, school staff, and other education professionals to discuss pension and retirement options, helping them build confidence in their long-term financial plans.

All leads are provided, and appointments are pre-scheduled—no cold calling or outside prospecting required. Your primary responsibilities are to clearly explain plan choices, build rapport, and guide clients toward insurance and retirement solutions that align with their goals.

Duties

  • Support Educators & Public Employees:

Conduct virtual meetings with teachers, school personnel, and public-sector clients to review pension options, retirement programs, and benefit details.

  • Deliver Personalized Recommendations:

Present insurance and financial solutions that align with each client's individual needs, helping them make confident, informed decisions.

  • Work From Provided Appointments:

Connect only with scheduled, pre-qualified prospects—no cold calling or personal lead generation involved.

  • Build Meaningful Client Relationships:

Create long-term trust by communicating clearly, listening actively, and maintaining a service-focused approach.

  • Document Interactions Accurately:

Use digital CRM systems to track appointments, notes, recommendations, and follow-up steps for organized client management.

  • Stay Informed & Up to Date:

Remain current on new products, compliance requirements, and industry trends through ongoing training and education.

  • Manage Your Workflow Remotely:

Take ownership of your schedule, client pipeline, and daily tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism and independence.

Qualifications

  • Life Insurance Licensing:

An active license is ideal, though not required—candidates willing to obtain one will receive full training and support.

  • Strong People Skills:

Able to connect easily with others, communicate financial information clearly, and respond to client needs with empathy.

  • Comfortable With Technology:

Confident using virtual meeting platforms, CRM systems, email, and other digital tools.

  • Self-Motivated & Well-Organized:

Capable of prioritizing tasks, staying focused, and remaining productive while working remotely.

  • Helpful Experience (Not Required):

Background in sales, customer service, education, or finance is beneficial but not essential.

  • High Ethical Standards:

Dependable, client-centered, and committed to integrity and professionalism.

  • Remote-Work Setup:

Requires reliable high-speed internet and a dependable computer for virtual meetings and daily tasks.
