Job Overview
We're looking for a motivated Financial Services Representative to join our fully remote team. In this role, you'll help educators and other public-sector professionals understand and manage their retirement and insurance benefits. Through virtual meetings, you'll provide clear financial guidance and personalized recommendations that align with each client's goals.
All appointments are pre-scheduled and pre-qualified, allowing you to focus on building meaningful relationships and delivering trusted financial advice.

What you'll do
- Meet Virtually: Engage with educators, school employees, and public-sector professionals via Zoom to discuss pension benefits and retirement planning options.
- Provide Tailored Advice: Offer customized insurance and retirement strategies that align with each client's financial goals.
- Enjoy Pre-Qualified Leads: Focus on meaningful conversations—every appointment is scheduled and qualified in advance, with no cold calling required.
- Foster Strong Relationships: Build trust through transparency, active listening, and a genuine commitment to long-term client success.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Document key insights, meeting notes, and follow-ups in our secure, cloud-based CRM.
- Stay Knowledgeable: Keep up to date on financial products, compliance standards, and industry developments.
- Work Independently: Take ownership of your schedule and thrive in a fully remote, self-directed environment.
Basic qualifications
- Licensing: A current life insurance license is preferred but not required. Comprehensive training and licensing support are provided for all new representatives.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to simplify financial concepts, actively listen, and build trust with clients.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable hosting virtual meetings via Zoom and accurately maintaining records using CRM and email tools.
- Organization & Drive: Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and thrive independently in a remote work environment.
- Experience: Prior experience in finance, education, customer service, or sales is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Professional Values: Integrity, empathy, and a sincere commitment to helping clients achieve financial confidence.
- Remote Requirements: Reliable computer, webcam, and high-speed internet connection.
