Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Salesperson to join our team, specializing in cabinetry, interior design, renovation, and construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of project management, drafting, and design software, with the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a creative and fast-paced environment, providing tailored solutions for remodeling and lighting sales.

Duties

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their project needs and provide expert guidance on cabinet design, remodeling, and construction solutions.
  • Prepare detailed drawings and presentations utilizing software such as SketchUp, 2020, and Mozaik.
  • Manage project workflows from initial consultation through to contract signing, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with design teams to create accurate drafts and visualizations incorporating color theory and interior design principles.
  • Assist clients with budgeting, contracts, and specifications related to renovation projects.
  • Promote lighting sales by identifying client needs and recommending appropriate products and services.
  • Stay informed about industry trends in cabinet design, remodeling, construction materials, and CAD drafting techniques.
  • Support marketing efforts by creating compelling visual content for presentations and promotional materials.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales within cabinetry, interior design, renovation, or construction industries.
  • Proficiency in SketchUp, 2020, and Mozaik
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and team members.
  • Familiarity with remodeling procedures and construction workflows.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • A background or interest in cabinet/interior design is preferred but not required. This role is ideal for a motivated professional passionate about sales in the creative industry who thrives on delivering innovative solutions that enhance interior spaces

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
