Role Summary:

We're hiring a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to kick off as a Setter, focusing on top-of-funnel lead generation. You'll use our proven outbound playbook to spark conversations with enterprise decision-makers, qualify prospects, and hand off high-potential leads to our closers.

This isn't just a job, it's a fast-track to sales mastery.

Hit your numbers, and you'll advance to advanced training, owning full-cycle deals (6-week process from discovery to close and onboarding) as a Closer with $300K+ earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect Outreach: Deploy our proprietary strategy across email, LinkedIn, and calls to secure 20 positive replies per week. Target elite sales leaders in traditional firms ready to modernize their processes.
  • Discovery & Qualification: Run 15 discovery calls weekly to dig into pain points around sales enablement, online systems, and enterprise software. Qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).
  • Pipeline Handoff: Advance qualified opportunities to the advanced sales team for the 6-week cycle, including demos, negotiations, and closes. Track everything in Salesforce for seamless collaboration.
  • Performance & Iteration: Meet weekly KPIs while analyzing outreach data to optimize results. Join role-plays, training sessions, and strategy huddles to level up your game.
  • Team Contribution: Share insights from client interactions to refine our approach, helping us deliver outsized value to partners.

Growth Trajectory:

Excel as a Setter (top-of-funnel focus), and within 6-12 months, graduate to Closer training.

Take ownership of end-to-end sales, from handoff to onboarding, with uncapped commissions and equity upside for top performers.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales, ideally in enterprise or remote outbound roles. SaaS/consulting background a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Proven quota-smasher with strong communication and objection-handling chops.
  • Tech-proficient: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot), email automation.
  • Resilient self-starter who embraces challenges and high-pressure targets.
  • Innovative and people-focused: Builds rapport quickly and thrives on feedback.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Mindset: High stress tolerance, growth-oriented, and excited by innovation over routine.
