Your role:

As a Retail Sales Associate, your role will be to create a unique Italian welcoming environment full of warmth and friendliness to our customers visiting our boutiques. We pride ourselves on sourcing only the best ingredients, producing authentic recipes, and presenting a premium product offering to our customers. It's therefore paramount that we deliver this with a premium service experience that's both high quality and genuine, enabling us to create loyal customers who will want to return time and time again.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be working on your feet in a fast-paced environment that will require you to slide between duties from selling, refilling store needs, assisting with visual merchandising, processing register transactions, etc…

A key expectation defining your success in the role is a candidate who is confident in interacting with people and takes great satisfaction from knowing your great service has made a customer's day better.

• As the Retail Sales Associate, you must be welcoming to customers and confident to engage with people
• Able to serve Gelato and Coffee, while selling our high-quality chocolates
• Be flexible according to the operational needs, and able to take on duties to support your team
• High standards of appearance, presentation, cleanliness, and work quality
• Confident in working a cash register and managing cash operations
• Experience in visual merchandising and a critical eye for how things are displayed
• Ability to learn our recipes and take in knowledge of the ingredients and allergens
• Work effectively and efficiently with and without direction
• Demonstrate a 'growth mindset', always being proactive
