Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients.
  • Ensure all food handling and safety protocols are followed to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and assist in ordering when necessary.
  • Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment after use.
  • Participate in catering events as needed, ensuring high-quality food service.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of fine dining practices and culinary techniques is a plus.
  • Familiarity with food handling procedures and food safety regulations is essential.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
