WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • EXPERIENCE: Proven track record in HVAC Sales or Service.
  • SKILLS: Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
  • CUSTOMER FOCUS: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • RELIABILITY: A valid driver's license and clean driving record.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Diagnose, sell repairs/ new units, make minor repairs, perform tune-ups, and maintain HVAC systems.
  • Conduct sales consultations and provide customers with appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on Residential HVAC service experience
  • Strong Residential HVAC Sales Experience
  • EPA certification required; NATE is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and customer-first attitude.
  • Leadership potential and interest in growing with the business.
