We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business needs, gathering and analyzing data, and proposing effective solutions that align with our strategic goals. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.
  • Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Conduct gap analysis and propose improvements or new solutions.
  • Work closely with developers, QA, and project managers to ensure successful implementation of requirements.
  • Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and support change management processes.
  • Monitor project performance and prepare reports or dashboards for management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to identify potential opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques, process modeling, and use of tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Microsoft Visio.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in [industry-specific experience, e.g., finance, healthcare, e-commerce].
  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA).
  • Familiarity with SQL, data analysis tools, or BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
