are seeking a
Sales Manager
to support both properties in a dynamic, dual-role position focused on
Business Transient (BT) growth
, strategic account development, and market intelligence. You'll represent two distinct brands while driving meaningful topline results in Seattle's competitive business travel market.

About the Role

Reporting to the
Area Director of Sales & Marketing
, you'll be responsible for proactively driving revenue through account solicitation, competitive pricing strategies, and relationship-led sales execution. This is a
sales-first, market-facing role
with high visibility and direct impact.

You'll collaborate closely with:

  • Hotel General Managers and on-property leadership
  • Sales and revenue strategy partners
  • Operations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Local businesses, associations, and community partners

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own, grow, and re-solicit
    Business Transient and small-to-mid-size corporate accounts
  • Identify
    share-shift opportunities
    and execute targeted sales action plans
  • Negotiate and manage
    annual special corporate negotiated rates
  • Prospect new accounts using competitor intelligence and market data
  • Activate local sales initiatives—
    lunch & learns, appreciation events, site tours, social hours, and industry networking
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for
    both a Hilton boutique and a storied independent hotel
  • Conduct site inspections and deliver tailored, solution-based presentations
  • Maintain accurate account activity, pipeline tracking, and reporting in CRM and sales systems
  • Track weekly activity and align efforts directly to revenue and room night production
  • Share real-time market trends, competitive insights, and opportunities with leadership
  • Partner closely with Operations teams to elevate the traveler experience for negotiated accounts

What We're Looking For

  • Prior experience in
    hotel sales, hospitality, or B2B business development
  • Strong understanding of
    Business Transient sales and negotiated corporate rates
  • Confident negotiator with a creative, consultative selling style
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and adaptable to shifting priorities
  • Comfortable working across
    branded (Hilton) and independent hotel environments
  • CRM and hotel sales systems experience preferred
