We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Assist in troubleshooting customer issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions using office software.
  • Manage scheduling and calendar appointments as needed.
  • Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy before distribution.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for invoicing and account management tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in phone systems and office software applications.
  • Computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Experience as a medical receptionist or clerk is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality communication.
  • Ability to manage calendars effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
