Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyze ticket volume trends and customer sentiment to identify insights and recommend improvements to customer support operations.
Develop and maintain high‑quality training materials tailored to the evolving needs of call center agents.
Enhance AI capabilities within the ticketing system to streamline workflows and accelerate issue resolution.
General Responsibilities
- Fielding customer service calls and tickets
- Analyzing data and creating reports
- Creating PowerPoint presentations

- Experience within the retail or hospitality industry
