On-Site Property Manager

About the Role

Point of France is not your average condominium association—it's a landmark community of 140 high-rise homes known as an exceptionally well-maintained property with engaged homeowners. We're seeking an experienced, hands-on Property Manager to lead our operations, staff, and strategic directions. As a self-managed association, you'll work directly with the Board of Directors, not a third-party management company. That means more impact, more autonomy, and the opportunity to see your leadership make a visible difference every day.

What You'll Do

· Lead day-to-day operations of the building, grounds, and resident services

· Supervise and inspire a team of 12 employees in maintenance, administration, and front-desk roles.

· Oversee accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting. Prepare annual budgets and capital plans.

· Manage vendor contracts, purchasing, and project execution for major building systems and amenities.

· Ensure compliance with the Minnesota Common Interest Ownership Act and Association Bylaws and policies.

· Leverage technology platforms for maintenance tracking, communication, and financial reporting.

· Maintain open, effective communication with homeowners, and Board members, balancing professionalism with approachability.

Who You Are

· Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or real estate management (or equivalent experience).

· 7+ years' experience in residential property or association management, preferably high-rise.

· Strong financial and project management skills; proficient in Excel and Word; working knowledge of PowerPoint.

· Technologically fluent leader experienced with digital communications and virtual meeting tools.

· Confident hands-on manager who thrives on visibility, accountability, and community connection.

· Preferred: MN Real Estate License and experience with accounting or property management software.
