with a strong regional presence is seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to join its growing
Construction Management group
. This organization has built a reputation over 40+ years for delivering

What You'll Do
- Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of construction administration and oversight projects for public and private clients.
- Supervise, mentor, and support a team of engineers and technicians performing inspections, documentation, and quality control.
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, contractors, and public agencies-providing clear updates and proactive problem-solving.
- Review contracts, proposals, and project risks; ensure compliance with all applicable specifications and standards.
- Represent the company professionally at client meetings, community presentations, and industry events.
- Foster an environment of collaboration, mentorship, and growth across your team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (required).
- Ohio PE license (required) and the ability to become prequalified as a CE-2 with ODOT (preferred).
- 10+ years of experience managing construction or civil projects; 7+ years in a leadership role preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and team leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
- Experience with both horizontal and vertical construction projects is a plus.
