We are looking for a strategic and data-savvy Product Analyst with experience in the insurance domain and exposure to Generative AI technologies. This role will drive product insights and innovation by leveraging data analytics and AI capabilities to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze insurance product performance, customer behavior, and claims data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and optimize product features
  • Apply Generative AI tools to automate reporting, generate insights, and support decision-making
  • Conduct competitive analysis and identify market trends in the insurance sector
  • Build dashboards and predictive models to support product strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Actuarial Science, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in insurance analytics or product strategy
  • Familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and their business applications
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience
