We're looking for a passionate Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our hotel and help create unforgettable experiences for our guests. If you love hospitality and enjoy connecting with people from all walks of life, we'd love to have you on our team

What You'll Do:

  • Warmly greet guests and make them feel at home from the moment they arrive
  • Efficiently handle check-in and check-out processes with a smile
  • Answer questions and share your knowledge of hotel amenities and local attractions
  • Assist with reservations, room assignments, and special requests
  • Manage payments and maintain accurate guest accounts
  • Handle phone calls and direct inquiries professionally
  • Resolve guest concerns quickly—or know when to call in extra help
  • Support night audit duties when needed

What You Bring:

  • Experience in a front desk, guest services, or hospitality role (a plus, but we'll train the right person)
  • Comfort working with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems
  • Outstanding communication skills and a genuine passion for helping people
  • Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency are a big plus
  • Knowledge of resort operations is beneficial, but not required
