What You'll Be Doing:

  • Welcome guests with warmth and enthusiasm, creating a positive first impression
  • Handle check-ins and check-outs smoothly and efficiently
  • Answer questions, solve problems, and turn guest concerns into positive experiences
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with confidence and professional phone etiquette
  • Maintain accurate reservation and guest information in the hotel management system
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs
  • Perform night audit duties when scheduled and ensure financial accuracy
  • Share information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
  • Follow security procedures to ensure guest safety at all times
  • Build strong guest relationships and foster a welcoming environment for all

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in hospitality or front desk operations preferred
  • Friendly, energetic, and service-oriented attitude
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phones
  • Ability to confidently handle night audit shifts when scheduled
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Hotel or resort experience is a plus, but not required
