Senior Office Assistant-Dental

Our Dental Clinic is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Senior Office Assistant to support daily front-office operations and ensure a positive experience for the clients we serve.
In this role, you will interact with patients both in person and by phone, providing clear, efficient, and friendly assistance. Key responsibilities include:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Managing electronic dental and medical patient records
- Assessing client eligibility
- Scheduling, confirming, and coordinating patient appointments
- Checking patients in and out
- Collecting and documenting payments
This position requires strong organizational skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to multi-task while handling confidential information. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with experience working in a medical or dental clinic environment, particularly with electronic patient record systems.
Bilingual skills are preferred and highly valued.
Minimum Qualifications/Necessary Special Requirements:
Graduation from high school or equivalent and six months of experience in an office setting; or any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the desirable knowledge, abilities, and skills.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30 pm with some Thursday evening clinics required.
