1st shift - 6:30a - 3:00p

What You'll Do

  • Provide daily leadership, guidance, and frontline support to production employees to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality work.

  • Execute and adjust daily work plans, including filling in for critical production roles and reviewing work orders, layouts, and drawings.

  • Train, coach, and support team members while helping resolve production issues, communication gaps, and workflow challenges.

  • Assist with quality checks, safety protocols, investigations, audits (5S, LOTO), and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Manage materials and inventory needs, conduct cycle counts, and help oversee the department when the Production Leader is absent.

What You'll Bring

  • 3–5 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing, with prior leadership or team lead responsibilities.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills with a focus on safety and quality.

  • Ability and willingness to learn multiple production roles, train others effectively, and support cross-functional teamwork.

  • Basic computer skills with the desire to keep learning, plus a solid understanding of standard work and manufacturing processes. LEAN experience is a plus

  • A self-starting, positive, and accountable mindset aligned with company values and a desire to grow.
