Job Summary:

Paramount Tax & Accounting in Rancho Cucamonga is seeking a temporary Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service while handling a variety of administrative tasks. This position is ideal for a proactive, organized, and professional individual with strong communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors warmly and professionally.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring prompt and courteous responses.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
  • Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and paper).
  • Address customer inquiries and provide information about services.
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Perform additional related tasks as assigned.

  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a client-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
