Founded in 2002 in Rancho Cordova, CA, Inszone Insurance Services is a customer-centric, full-service insurance agency established to deliver personalized and comprehensive insurance solutions. Under its current ownership, in 2013 the company embarked on a rigorous expansion strategy. Inszone entered the Nevada market in 2018 and Arizona in 2019. We are looking for a Personal Lines Insurance Specialist to join our team.

The Personal Lines Insurance Specialist provides quotes to prospective customers, discusses options, and consults with customers to meet their insurance needs. This role is responsible for building relationship and producing insurance sales.

Qualifications:

  • Insurance Experience– Active Property & Casualty License and Insurance experience is required.
  • Multi-tasking - Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication – The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all.
  • Organization – Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner
  • Team Oriented – Ability to work as a part of a team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.

  • Quote and sell policies
  • Protect the best interests of both our clients and insurance company partners
  • Follow up and see tasks thru to completion
  • Appropriately document contact opportunities
