Apply today to join our team Responsibilities: • Consult with creative team on marketing collateral and campaign and promotional materials • Implement events and other marketing initiatives to drive insurance sales and brand awareness among key target audiences • Manage all marketing strategies and campaigns by working with vendors, insurance agents, sales agents, and marketing team members • Optimize strategy via A/B testing and reporting on content campaigns, digital sponsorships, media buys, speaking engagements, and more to maintain a favorable cost-per-lead ratio while driving MQLs • Proactively monitor emerging trends within the insurance and marketing industry, flagging relevant reports to managers, as needed • Review insurance policies for accuracy, coverage, and limits in order to recommend modifications, as needed • Facilitate sales by keeping accurate records of personal information of prospects and customers within the insurance company databases • Customize personal lines insurance policy options, quotes, and educational materials for potential and current customers • Employ creative networking and sales strategies to generate leads that convert prospective clients into new clients Qualifications: • Experience using Microsoft Office including Word and Excel and core computer programs is essential • 1-2 years of experience in a digital marketing specialist role, entry-level marketing, B2B, life insurance, or similar role in the insurance industry is a plus • Proven proficiency leveraging CRM, analytics platforms, and marketing automation tools • Exemplary organization, project management, analytical, and verbal/written communication skills are required • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or similar specialty is necessary Compensation: $150,000• Review insurance policies for accuracy, coverage, and limits in order to recommend modifications, as needed • Facilitate sales by keeping accurate records of personal information of prospects and customers within the insurance company databases • Customize personal lines insurance policy options, quotes, and educational materials for potential and current customers • Employ creative networking and sales strategies to generate leads that convert prospective clients into new clientsCompensation:$150,000 per year
