LCSW Clinical Supervisor Responsibilities:
-Responsible for supervising MSW Interns, (includes onboarding, doing sessions with them, reviewing all notes and signing on all notes, working with the schools to do process recordings and evaluations).
- Responsible for individual supervision all of clinical staff as well as optional group supervision.
-Responsible for weekly meeting with Psychiatrist to review cases and treatment plans.
Responsible to oversee all clients and maintain updated treatment plans.
Responsible to oversee clinical services for two locations and for outpatient mental health.
- Complete all written order meetings and documentation for our ABA program.
- Implement behavior intervention plans and monitor progress
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive information
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as special education teachers, to ensure coordinated care
- Complete medical documentation and maintain accurate records
Skills:]
- Must have active LCSW license in the state of PA
-Experience supervising and training students
-Experience in a management position
- Strong knowledge and experience in diagnostic evaluation and behavioral therapy
- Proficient in data collection and analysis techniques
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Understanding of medical terminology and ability to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals
- Experience working with children, particularly those with developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of special education practices and principles
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities and their families
- Strong organizational skills for maintaining medical records and documentation
