Base Salary: $80,000 – $90,000

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of treasury experience, excellent communication skills, and a polished, professional demeanor. This role reports directly to the Tax & Financial Reporting Manager and works closely with a Senior Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and report daily cash positions.
  • Pull monthly bank statements and provide to internal teams.
  • Update short-term cash projections and ensure accounts are funded daily.
  • Initiate wire and book transfers for multiple cash accounts; maintain accurate cash transfer logs.
  • Draft debt notices, interest expense calculations, debt covenant reports, quarterly bank certifications, and related documentation.
  • Serve as primary contact for banking administrative communications.
  • Assist with new counterparty documentation including KYC and beneficial ownership forms.
  • Support credit applications and hedge settlement reconciliations.
  • Prepare and post capital calls, distributions, and capital statements for multiple entities.
  • Maintain partner capital models and investor reporting files.
  • Respond to investor inquiries and audit confirmations.
  • Upload and review investor information through secure portals.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 3–7 years of treasury experience; E&P industry experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, though equivalent experience considered.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, polished communication skills, and high professionalism.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
