Collections Attorney for Aviva Senior Living, a national senior living operator

Aviva Senior Living is a national senior housing operator specializing in independent living, assisted living and memory care. Our communities can be found throughout the U.S., but current focus is on Texas and the Southeast. Our affiliate, Lloyd Jones, LLC, is a private equity investment firm that is aggressively seeking to add communities to our current portfolio. We are based in Dallas and Miami with remote offices throughout the country.

Job description

Licensed attorney to become an expert in collections and eviction law pertaining to seniors.

This will be a remote corporate position requiring travel.

The successful candidate will develop and maintain a collections procedure manual (and provide related training) to on-site staff across our portfolio of senior living communities.

He/she will be familiar with court procedures and decorum.

He/she will create a network of local attorneys to implement/expedite the eviction processes.

This position requires a license in at least one state and three to five years experience.

This a full-time corporate position that reports directly to the chairman CEO.

Landlord/tenant and collections experience preferred.
