Overview:

Wheeler Staffing Partners is hiring a
Managed Care Contract Analyst
in
Dallas, TX
. In this role, you'll support the transition of Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) to a new contract management and pricing system — reviewing, validating, and organizing payer contracts to ensure accurate implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and interpret managed care contracts and attachments.
  • Validate rate tables, fee schedules, and reimbursement terms for accuracy.
  • Identify and resolve missing or unclear contract information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure complete and compliant contract intake.
  • Maintain detailed records for all contract submissions and approvals.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare contract management, payer relations, or revenue cycle operations.
  • Strong knowledge of managed care reimbursement, payer terms, and billing codes (CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10).
  • Proven ability to interpret complex contract language.
  • Exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with contract management or adjudication systems.
  • Familiarity with the No Surprises Act and Revenue Cycle Management operations.
  • Exposure to Power Query, VBA, or SQL tools.
