Ownership & Results: As an Account Manager, you will grow Raydius in these key areas. You'll know you're successful when your clients' accounts are consistently high-performing because you're executing strategies skillfully, with intention, and in a timely manner.
- Client tasks are completed on time or adjusted by supporting the team, identifying blockers, and resolving them
- Client reporting is analyzed monthly and opportunities are identified and followed-up on
- Respond within 1 business day to any triggers initiated on a client's account
- Client questions get routed to the right place within one business day
- Take increasing responsibility for quick changes, reviewing deliverables and executing on strategies
- Manage the strategist team members to ensure they are executing tactics effectively and on time
Work: A day in your work life may look like:
- Make sure campaigns are executed properly, effectively, and promptly
- Be in the project management system ) every day, checking on all active work
- Dig into the analytics across platforms (Google, social platforms, Ads, etc.) to monitor, curate and analyze information
- Fielding inquiries for the team and clients, booking meetings, getting sign-offs, and herding cats
- Working closely with Senior Account Manager and Marketing Coordinator, and to delegate tasks, communicate needs and give guidance
- Analyzing client's monthly analytics dashboards, for actionable insight and prep for monthly meetings
- Executing monthly client strategies from start to finish by quarterbacking and communicating tasks and initiatives
- Running client monthly meetings
- Jump in to help a teammate finish a task
- Meeting with Senior Account Manager to discuss strategy, new clients, and other initiatives
Recipe: You'll need these skills and experiences to deliver on this outcome
- Technical/hands-on "street" experience
- Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies
- Knowledge of main social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.)
- Facebook Business Manager
- Google Analytics
- Entry level CMS (e.g. WordPress, Wix)
- Mailchimp and similar email marketing platforms
- SMS Marketing
- Google Workspace (formerly G-Suite)
- Google Ads
- Other creative and marketing tools are a plus (Canva, Hubspot, etc.)

Key Measures
MANAGE daily execution ofmarketing strategies and initiatives for clients
- Collaborate with Senior Account Manager to create new strategies and optimize existing strategies
- Under the guidance of the Senior Account Manager, oversee the execution of marketing strategies and tactics for clients
- Ensure opportunities are identified and followed-up on
- Ensure client tasks are completed on time or adjusted by supporting the team, identifying blockers, and resolving them
- Work with team to improve and optimize client results
- NPS scores for clients are above 70 and/or improving overtime
TRACK progress and ensure we are driving positive results for our clients
- Monitor performance and outcomes of clients marketing initiatives
- Report to senior executives on health of client roster
- Analyze client performance using analytical tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Agency Analytics, etc.) to monitor, curate and analyze data
- Analyze monthly reports for each client and derive actionable insight
PROJECT MANAGE client tasks
- Be in the project management system ) every day, checking on all active work ensuring tasks are completed on time
- Reviewing tasks weekly for all active clients to catch and resolve issues
- Improve production and client success SOP's whenever possible
PROBLEM SOLVE ensuring roadblocks are addressed effectively and on time
- Monitor task performance and escalate any issues that need addressing to the Senior Account Manager
- Step in as needed to assist the strategist team members in performing their tasks when needed
Compensation:
Salary: $50K-$65KThe structure includes a base plus additional compensation tied to account load and client renewal commissions
