As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative, you're our first responder for digital emergencies across all our campaigns. The Entry Level Customer Service Representative e will be the calm, friendly voice that saves the day, armed with empathy and a killer ability to navigate our CRM. You don't just put out fires—you teach people how to use the fire extinguisher with a smile.

Core Functions of the Entry Level Customer Service Representative

  • Deliver timely, campaign-aligned support across digital channels, tailored to service tier, customer profile, and outreach goals.
  • Recommend service packages based on usage patterns, budget, and segmentation insights from active campaigns.
  • Troubleshoot basic service issues and escalate complex concerns to internal teams, maintaining resolution speed and campaign integrity.
  • Maintain clean CRM records, logging interactions, service milestones, and account updates to support performance tracking and reporting.
  • Spot upgrade opportunities and cross-sell services using customer feedback, usage data, and campaign-specific triggers.
  • Collaborate with fellow Entry Level Customer Service Representatives to streamline onboarding, resolve service challenges, and uphold IMG Management's standards for customer care and outreach excellence.

Education & Experience Needed for the Entry Level Customer Service Representative

  • High school diploma or GED required; studies in communications, business, or marketing preferred.
  • Experience in customer service, retail sales, or digital outreach—preferably within telecom, hospitality, or subscription-based industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to listen actively, simplify service options, and build trust across diverse customer profiles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45, $55,329.26 per year
