Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support via phone and email.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests.
  • Process customers' orders you receive via email or phone.
  • Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution.
  • Invoice customers.
  • Communicate with the shipping department regarding orders.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor while communicating with clients and colleagues.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Be able to function in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to type efficiently while engaging with customers on calls or chats.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude towards challenges.
  • Ability to work effectively in an office setting as part of a team.

Additional Skills Desired: Experience with QuickBooks and/or Fishbowl Inventory
