We're currently seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to become a key part of our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong mechanical or construction skills, with hands-on experience in both single-family and multi-family property maintenance. If you're a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in quality work, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs as maintenance requests are made
  • Reach out to residents directly to schedule your repairs
  • Common repairs would include light electrical & plumbing, drywall patches, painting, appliance repairs/replacements, window & door repairs, Etc.
  • Coordinate with our team if we need to incorporate a vendor for a repair when needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant or client concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed by recording them in appfolio

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in property maintenance or a related field.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in Appfolio is a major plus
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Relaible transportation is required

Compensation

  • Quarterly Bonuses based on company/self performance (Average bonus for good performance ~$1200)
  • Company Paid Holidays (8 days)
  • $24-32 per hour based on experience
