*About The Role:*
This IT Sourcing Lead role will be partnering in the development and execution of sourcing strategies for information technology services and products. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify sourcing needs, conducting market analysis, and negotiating contracts with suppliers to ensure optimal pricing and service levels. The IT Sourcing Lead will also manage supplier relationships, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of the IT market, and the ability to drive significant cost savings while maintaining quality and innovation in sourcing solutions.
*Responsibilities And Impact:*
- Enhance category management plans including, but not limited to, contract development and implementation, and vendor relationship improvement programs
- Lead major negotiations and sourcing engagements, driving significant return to the business
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Provide recommendations to stakeholders regarding financial goals related to sourcing.
- Acquire technology services, focusing on external resources, software implementation, telecom and technology infrastructure projects.
- Translate business strategies into effective sourcing strategies.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities to enhance procurement value.
- Achieve profit margin improvements through proactive sourcing approaches.
- Manage key supplier relationships and ensure compliance with contracts.
- Develop and maintain tools and procedures for contract management.
- Facilitate resolution of contractual issues to minimize service disruptions.
- Track deliverables and obligations, ensuring compliance with agreements.
- Oversee the contract change process, ensuring all terms are met and risks are managed
Compensation/Benefits Information:

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $146,109 to $252, Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.

Basic Required Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in the field of law, business studies, IT or finance.
- Advanced degree strongly desired
- 7+ years' work experience
- Proven contract management experience, preferably with Managed Services Provider
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic work environment
- Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with senior management
