Requirements:

  • 8 or more years of experience leading Cloud and Compute Architecture/Engineering teams in a large enterprise.
  • Proficiency in designing, deploying, and managing solutions across AWS and Azure public clouds.
  • Experience with hybrid and multi-cloud architectures, interconnectivity, and workload migration.
  • Experience with IaaS and PaaS design patterns, optimization, and cost benefit analysis.
  • Experience in ITSM process design, adoption, and maturation (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge).
  • Experience with implementing cloud governance frameworks, tagging standards, and RBAC.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Cloud and Compute Architecture and Engineering Team, providing strategic direction.
  • Align technology strategy and roadmaps with executive vision and enterprise objectives.
  • Develop and maintain core cloud operations design, implementation, and management KPIs.
  • Establish operational minimums for system resiliency and disaster recovery planning.
  • Develop business case justifications for technology spending and optimization initiatives.
  • Drive continual service improvement and ITSM process maturity across the Enterprise.
  • Manage project leadership for the design and implementation of Enterprise cloud systems.
