Job Summary:
Senior Helpers, a leading home care company in Richland, WA, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an In-home Caregiver. This is a part-time, which can work up to fulltime if desired, hourly position in the healthcare/medical field, within the franchise industry. As an In-home Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to seniors in their homes, allowing them to maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $17 to $23 per hour, paid biweekly. In addition, you will have opportunities for growth and advancement within our company. As part of our team, you will also have access to healthcare benefits, paid time off, and ongoing training and development.

Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and personalized care to seniors in their homes
- Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, bathing, grooming, and toileting
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings as needed
- Keep accurate records of care provided and any changes in the client's health or well-being
- Communicate regularly with the client's family and Senior Helpers staff to provide updates and ensure quality care
- Follow all safety protocols and report any concerns or issues to your supervisor

Requirements:

- Active CNA or HCA license in the state of Washington.

- Previous experience in a caregiving or healthcare role preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and able to handle the physical demands of the job
- Willingness to adhere to Senior Helpers' policies and procedures
