Schedule & Shift Details:
  • Employment Type: Full Time
  • Weekend Commitment: Every other weekend required (Friday & Saturday)
  • Shift: Nightshift: 7PM-7AM
  • Stable, long-term patient assignments

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality, 1:1 skilled nursing care in a home setting
  • Administer medications and monitor for side effects
  • Monitor and document changes in patient conditions
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Assist with mobility, personal care, and daily activities as needed
  • Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans
Qualifications: Required:
  • Active RN license in Washington State
  • Valid AHA BLS Card
  • Washington State Food Worker's Card (or willing to obtain upon hire)
  • Reliable transportation, driver's license & valid car insurance 
  • Ability to pass background check & drug screening
  • Strong documentation & communication skills
  • Must be able to transport clients to/from appointments PRN 
Preferred:
  • 1+ year of nursing experience (home health, acute care, or geriatrics preferred)
  • Experience working independently in a home setting
